Traders from the Republic of Serbia engaged in electronic commerce had the opportunity to attend trainings for e-traders during April and May 2022. The trainings were organised in cooperation with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, and were held as part of the Twinning project of the European Union "Further development of consumer protection in Serbia in new market conditions".
The training cycle started with training in Belgrade at the premises of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, and it was opened by H.E. Mr. Rafal Pavel Perl, Ambassador of Poland to the Republic of Serbia, and Ms. Višnja Rakić, Assistant Minister in the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia. A total of four trainings were held, two in Belgrade, one in Novi Sad and one in Nis.
The trainings were attended by more than 100 traders, who highly rated the content and lecturers from the Office for the Protection of Competition and Consumers (UOKIK) from Poland.
